Salon Policy

Service Redo & Retail Policy: I strive to offer all of my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. (EX: The color is too warm, bright, or cool. Wanting a completely different look opposite from what was discussed during the consultation doesn’t count) I do not give refunds on services or retail items.

Cancellation policy: In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel  or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hrs, a $25 per service cancel fee will apply additionally to the new appt. Unless it is an dire emergency. (EX: You were scheduled for a full highlight and haircut the price will be $50) The same $25 per service fee will apply to all no call/ no show appointments.
